Once your file is accepted, we start. We sit with your team, map how the business runs, and pin down where AI saves time or money. You leave with a prioritized, costed action plan.
If the audit points to a clear quick win, Phase 2 builds it: a conversational AI agent, a process automation, or a data analysis. It stays inside Start IA, funded 50%, up to €2,500 more. You decide after the audit, never before. Other subsidies can take you further afterwards.
