About Hi Folks Studio

A small tactical team of AI practitioners.

Hi Folks Studio helps companies deploy artificial intelligence in their operations and unlock its full potential. We are the Studio branch of Hi Folks, a Brussels agency active for ten years, with more than 60 projects delivered across Europe for clients ranging from Belgian SMEs to brands like Nestlé, Mars, Nespresso and AGC.

We are hiring to support our growth and build a future collective of AI experts. Our offices sit at the heart of the Royal Belge, Brussels' new ecosystem buzzing with entrepreneurs and energy, one floor below The Mix Brussels, the most sought-after gym in Belgium (and yes, the team has the membership).

The role

From strategic vision to production.

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will drive the adoption and deployment of AI within our clients' operations, working closely with them from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, ensuring our clients achieve measurable outcomes.

You will partner with company leaders to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with our technical team to deliver solutions in production, and stay on board to make sure the value materializes over time. Your work directly drives client success, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

What you will do

Four fronts, one mission.

Strategic Discovery & Roadmapping

Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can drive step-change improvements.
Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with clients, articulating the art of the possible and a clear path to value.
Build business cases and quantify ROI to align every project with the client's objectives.

AI Solution Design & Deployment

Design end-to-end AI solutions that fit each client's workflows and existing tools.
Partner with our technical team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production.
Own the execution of projects and proofs-of-value, paving the way for full-scale deployment.

Value Realization & Client Success

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they get full value from their investment.
Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities within accounts, building initial successes into long-term partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between clients and our internal team, feeding what you learn in the field back into our methods.
Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks that make every next deployment better.

The fit

What we're looking for. And what this is not.

What we're looking for

✓ 3+ years in a client-facing role (consulting, agency, scale-up or similar) where you owned projects or accounts end-to-end. No ceiling: proof matters more than years.
✓ Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
✓ Hands-on AI practice: you have built or applied AI solutions, at work or on your own, and you can show it.
✓ Executive presence and communication skills: clients love working with you, including when you bring bad news.
✓ Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously. We trust you, we do not supervise you.
✓ Fluent French with impeccable writing, professional English. Dutch is a plus.

What this role is not

✕ Not a closely-managed role: nobody validates your work day to day. If you need a manager over your shoulder, this is not for you.
✕ Not fully remote: you work from our Brussels office at least two days a week, and on-site with clients when it matters.
✕ Not a developer position: you work with AI, not on it.
